摘　　要：分析了条形气幕挡墙夹杂物去除率低的主要原因,开发了一种弥散式环形气幕挡墙及吹氩智能控制技术,对流向中间包水口的钢液全部气洗,消除了条形气幕挡墙两端的三角形气泡盲区,解决了中间包钢液面降低过程中卷渣的关键技术难题,突破了条形气幕挡墙夹杂物去除率低、且不稳定的关键技术瓶颈,提高了夹杂物去除率。The main reasons for the low inclusion removal rat of the strip gas curtain were analyzed. A dispersion type annular gas curtain and argon blowing intelligent control technology were developed,the molten steel flowing to the tundish nozzle was completely washed by the gas curtain,and the triangular bubble blind zone at both ends of strip gas curtain was eliminated,the key technical problems of slag entrainment in the process of lowering the liquid steel level in tundish were solved,the key technical bottleneck of low and unstable inclusion removal rate of the strip gas curtain was broken through,improves the inclusion removal rate.
