摘  要:以三流大方坯连铸中间包为研究对象,建立了基于有限体积法(FVM)的中间包钢液流场和温度场耦合数值模型,对比分析了裸包和加控流装置中间包的冶金性能。结果表明:裸包状态下其中间流存在明显的短路流,死区比例大,且三流之间流动形态一致性差,钢水出口温差超过3K,易导致铸坯质量的差异。通过合理设计挡墙和挡坝,中间包内钢液的流动状态可得到明显改善,死区比例大大降低,各流出口温差可控制在1 K以内。其中方案D挡墙加高挡坝工况下各流死区比例相对较低,对比裸包可分别降低17.9%和9.6%,且三流间流动状态更为接近,有利于更好地发挥中间包的综合冶金效果。Based on a three-strand tundish for bloom continuous casting,the flow field and temperature distribution of the tundish was studied by the FVM model. After analyzing and comparing the metallurgical behavior of the original and additional flow control devices tundish,the results showed that:the original tundish without flow control devices was quite undesirable,which exists obvious short-circuit flow and the proportion of dead zone was large. The temperature difference among middle and side outlets was over 3 K,which was unfavorable to uniformly control each strand casting.The flow performance of the steel in tundish was improved significantly with the adoption of weir and dams through modelling analysis. The dead zone fraction was reduced sharply,and the temperature difference between each strands reduced to 1 K. The scheme D with weir and high dam had a lower dead zone fraction,reduced by 17.9% and 9.6% comparing the original tundish,respectively. A consistent melt flow pattern between different strands was obtained,which was favorable to the overall metallurgical effect improvement of the tundish.
