摘 要:为科学决策我国在"21世纪海上丝绸之路"沿线国家的港口投资和航线开辟,基于海运网络结构特征分析沿线港口分布特点和港口失效后网络效率的变化趋势;通过对班轮运输连通指数的定量计算得到沿线各国的连通程度及其变化幅度;从海洋地理视角研究沿线各重要海峡对海运网络连通性的影响。研究显示:位于"21世纪海上丝绸之路"两端及中间的中国、欧洲和新加坡的港口节点度较高,而其他区段的东南亚、非洲港口节点度较低;网络的连通性在面对蓄意攻击时十分脆弱;尽管中国及欧洲各国的连通指数较高,且增长较快,但沿线国家的连通指数普遍较低且增长缓慢;位于"21世纪海上丝绸之路"沿线的干线通道是影响连通性的软肋。In order to scientifically decide on port investment and route development of China in the countries along"21 st Century Maritime Silk Road",based on the structural characteristics of maritime network,the distribution characteristics of the ports along the route and the change trend of network efficiency when channels are blocked are analyzed.Through the quantitative calculation of the liner shipping connectivity index,the degree of connectivity and the extent of its change of the countries along the route are obtained.From the perspective of marine geography,the influence of important straits along the route on the connectivity of shipping network is studied.The results show that:the node degree of the ports of China,Europe and Singapore located at both ends and in the middle of"21 st Century Maritime Silk Road"is higher,while the node degree of the ports of Southeast Asia and Africa in other sections is lower;when the network is deliberately attacked,the network connectivity is very fragile;despite the high connectivity index and its rapid growth in China and Europe countries,the connectivity indexes of countries along the route are generally low and their growth is slow;the trunk channels along the"21 st Century Maritime Silk Road"is the soft spot that affects network connectivity.
