摘 要:为研究集装箱装载卷钢的系固方案,分别分析卷钢在通过海上、铁路和公路运输的集装箱内的受力情况,给出卷钢横向、纵向和垂向惯性力的计算方法,并确定C11型集装箱船、铁路和公路联合运输过程中卷钢的横向、纵向和垂向惯性加速度。通过对卷钢进行水平移动和翻转平衡分析,给出2卷卷钢(每卷卷钢的质量为10 t)在集装箱内的系固方案并进行系固平衡校核,为卷钢在集装箱海陆联运过程中的系固方案提供理论指导。In order to study the steel coil securing methods in a container,the forces of steel coils in the container transported by seaway,railway and highway are analyzed,respectively,the calculation methods for the transverse,longitudinal and vertical inertial forces on steel coils are given,and the transverse,longitudinal and vertical inertial accelerations of steel coils during the combined transport by C11-type container ships,railway and highway are figured out.By carrying out horizontal movement and roll-over balance analysis on steel coils,the securing method for 2 steel coils(10 t each steel coil)in one container is given and the balance check for steel coil securing is carried out.It provides theoretic guidance for securing methods of steel coils in a container in the process of the land-sea combined transport.
