摘  要:青岛胶东新机场塔台采用了钢外网-钢混内筒架构,其空间结构复杂多变、专业分包众多、施工工序繁琐。针对工程重难点,以全站仪、经纬仪、三维扫描仪等仪器为主,同时采用多元信息化手段进行钢结构深化设计、加工、施工及后期维护。其中三维扫描技术的应用颠覆了传统钢结构施工的思维方式,改变了现有机械工作模式,提高了吊装精度,确保了更精准的复核标准,降低了整体工程成本,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。Qingdao Jiaodong New Airport Tower adopts steel outer net-steel concrete inner tube structure.Its spatial structure is complex and variable,and there are many professional subcontracting and complicated construction procedures.In view of the key and difficult points of the project,the total station,theodolite,3D scanner,etc,are used as main instruments,and the multi-information technology is used to deepen the design,processing,construction and later maintenance of steel structure at the same time.The application of 3D scanning technology subverts the traditional thinking mode of steel structure construction,changes the existing mechanical working mode,improves the hoisting accuracy,ensures a more accurate review standard,reduces the overall project cost,and has better social and economic benefits.
