摘　　要：雷公藤是我国重要的中药之一,具有抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等多种生理活性,常用于治疗类风湿性关节炎、皮肤湿疹、肾病综合征及恶性肿瘤等疾病。随着其临床应用越来越广,其毒副作用也越来越受到人们的关注。本文就雷公藤的毒性、中毒与毒性成分检验方法展开综述,以期为中毒案件的分析与检测提供理论依据。As a common Chinese herbal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,tripterygium wilfordii has many physiolog?ical activities,such as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-tumor,immune regulation and so on.It is often used to treat rheu?matoid arthritis,skin eczema,nephrotic syndrome and malignant tumors.However,It is also one of the most popular tradi?tional Chinese medicine poisoned,many common poisoning incidents in the folk.In this paper,the toxicology and the analy?sis of toxic components in tripterygium wilfordii were reviewed in order to provide reference and basis for the identification of trace evidence in poisoned cases.
