摘　　要：目的:建立五氟利多片中乙醇残留的测定方法。方法:采用顶空-气相色谱法,以二甲亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,DB624毛细管柱为色谱柱,氮气为载气,FID检测器,程序升温进行检测。结果:该方法线性较好(r=0.999),平均回收率104.02%,RSD为2.05%。结论:本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,可用于五氟利多片中乙醇残留的检测。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of alcohol residues in Penfluridol Tablets.Methods:The determination was performed on DB624 capillary column with FID detector with nitrogen as the carrier gas and dimethylsulf?oxide as the solvent by temperature programming.Result:The linear relationship of this method is better(r=0.999);The average recovery is 104.02%,and RSD is 2.05%.Conclusion:The method is simple and sensitive,and can be used for the determination of ethanol residues in Pentafluridol Tablets.
