摘　　要：目的 分析北京市通州区≥15岁居民烟草使用现状,为控烟工作提供参考。方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,随机抽取4 140名≥15岁常住居民进行问卷调查,采用复杂抽样加权进行调整分析烟草使用现状。结果 2018年通州区≥15岁居民现在吸烟率为24. 1%,男性高于女性,现在吸烟率随年龄增加而逐渐升高。日均吸烟量为13. 9支,50~59岁年龄组吸烟量最高。电子烟使用率为8. 1%,高于北京市2016年数据(5. 7%)。戒烟率为13. 2%,48. 9%的现在吸烟者有戒烟意愿,87. 3%的吸烟者在禁止吸烟场所能做到不吸烟。结论 通州区15~69岁居民现在吸烟率略高于北京水平,日均吸烟量低于北京水平。应进一步加强控烟健康教育工作,尤其提高对电子烟使用误区的认识。Objective To analyze the status of tobacco use among residents over 15 years old in Tongzhou district of Beijing,and to provide reference for strengthening tobacco control.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster randomized sampling method was used to select 4140 permanent residents aged 15 and over.The prevalence of tobacco use was adjusted using complex sampling weight.Results In 2018,the smoking rate of residents aged 15 and over in Tongzhou district was 24.1%.The smoking rate of male was higher than female,and the rate increased with age.Average daily consumption was 13.9 cigarettes,and the 50-59 age group was the highest.The rate of electric cigarette use was 8.1%which was higher than the rate of Beijing in 2016(5.7%).The smoking cessation rate of residents was 13.2%.48.9%of current smokers had the willingness to quit.And 87.3%of smokers do not smoke in the smoking-free areas.Conclusions The smoking rate of residents over 15 years old in Tongzhou district is slightly higher than the average rate of Beijing,and the average daily smoking rate is lower than the whole city.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the health education of tobacco control,especially for the electronic cigarettes.
