169例HIV抗体筛查有反应样本的补充试验分析

摘　　要：目的对北京市丰台区2017年艾滋病筛查有反应样本的吸光度/临界值(S/CO)与确证试验和核酸检测结果进行比较分析,探讨艾滋病检测结果的意义和合理化解释。方法对丰台区2017年艾滋病筛查有反应样本进行确证试验,同时,用RT-PCR扩增HIV-1 pol基因区进行核酸检测。描述分析艾滋病筛查有反应样本的确证和核酸检测阳性符合率。结果169例筛查有反应样本经确证试验后,阳性率为72.2%(122/169),不确定率为13.0%(22/169),阴性率占14.8%(25/169)。122份确证试验阳性样本的核酸检测结果均为阳性,22例确证试验结果不确定的样本中有11例(50.0%)核酸检测阳性,25例确证试验阴性样本中有5例(20.0%)核酸检测阳性。结论确证试验结果受受检个体多种因素影响,结合流行病学资料,对同一样本采用多种的实验室检测手段进行综合分析,才能得到更加准确的结果。Objective To compare and analyze the sample OD/cutoff ratio(S/CO)value of the responding sample of AIDS screening in Fengtai district in 2017 with the result of confirmatory test and nucleic acid test,and to explore the significance and rationalization of AIDS detection result.Methods Confirmatory tests were conducted on the samples with AIDS screening in 2017 in Fengtai district of Beijing.RT-PCR amplification of HIV-1 pol were conducted.The coincidence rate was adopted to present correlation of the reacted sample with the confirmation test.Resutls Confirmation experiments and RT-PCR amplification of HIV-1 pol were performed on 169 screening reactive samples from Fengtai district,2017,among which the positive rate was 72.2%(25/169),uncertainty rate was 13.0%(22/169),and negative rate was 14.8%(25/169).In comparison with the result of confirmed tests,all 122 original positive samples maintained the same reseals,11 out of 22(50.0%)samples of uncertainty were tested positive,and 5 out of 25(20.0%)original negative samples were tested positive.Conclusion The assessment of HIV infection should be combined with the epidemiological history and various laboratory testing method to gain higher accuracy.
