摘  要:为了克服目前水基防锈剂存在的防锈周期短,以及含亚硝酸盐、重铬酸盐等有害物质的缺点,以环氧乙烷衍生物TC-941、多聚膦酸酯LS-150、三乙醇胺、甲基硅酸钠、三元酸[即(2,4,6-三(6-氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪]等原料研制了一种环保型水基防锈剂。采用正交试验优化了原料用量,通过氯化钠盐水浸泡、硫酸铜点滴腐蚀试验、极化曲线测量、附着力测试和扫描电镜观察等方法对该水基防锈剂的性能进行了评价,并与市售403防锈剂和F20-1防锈油进行比较。结果表明,优化的防锈剂工艺配方为:6 g/L的甲基硅酸钠浓缩液,15 g/L的LS-150,40 g/L的三元酸·三乙醇胺盐,10 g/L的TC-941。当成膜时间为6 min时,所研制的防锈剂对20钢的防锈性能优于市场同类产品。To solve the problems of short rust prevention time and existence of harmful substances such as nitrite and dichromate in current water-based antirust agents, an environmentally friendly product was prepared with ethylene oxide derivative TC-941, polyphosphonate LS-150, triethanolamine, sodium methyl silicate, and 2,4,6-tri-(6-aminocaproic acid)-1,3,5-triazine(a ternary acid). The dosages of raw materials were optimized by orthogonal test. The properties of the prepared water-based antirust agent were evaluated by Na Cl solution immersion test, CuSO4 dropping corrosion test, polarization curve measurement, adhesion test, and scanning electron microscopic observation, and compared with that of the commercial antirust agents 403 and F20-1. The optimized composition was obtained as follows: concentrated sodium methyl silicate solution 6 g/L, LS-150 15 g/L, ternary acid-triethanolamine salt 40 g/L, and TC-941 10 g/L. When the film-forming time was 6 min, the prepared antirust agent had better antirust performance for 20 steel than the counterparts.
