摘 要:Nd3+∶YCOB单晶是在激光调制技术上具有重要应用价值的自倍频光学材料。采用高温固相反应合成Nd3+∶YCOB多晶粉体,再通过垂直区熔处理制备出高纯度Nd3+∶YCOB晶粒料,采用坩埚下降法生长出1mol%、2mol%和5mol%Nd3+掺杂比例的系列Nd3+∶YCOB单晶。测试表征了所生长单晶试样的光谱性能,包括吸收光谱、荧光光谱和荧光衰减时间。在808 nm红外光源激发下,Nd3+∶YCOB单晶显示出中心波长1064 nm的强荧光发射,其荧光寿命为157~162μs,证实1064 nm强荧光发射随Nd3+掺杂浓度加大而明显增强。Nd 3+-doped YCOB single crystal is a valuable self-double-frequency optical material applied in laser modulation technique.Nd 3+∶YCOB polycrystalline powder was initially synthesized by solid-state reaction at elevated temperature.High purity Nd 3+∶YCOB crystal grain was prepared from the polycrystalline powder by zone melting process.A series of transparent Nd 3+∶YCOB single crystals,with 1mol%,2mol%and 5mol%nominal Nd 3+dopant concentration,had been grown by means of vertical Bridgman method with optimized conditions.The spectral properties of as-grown crystals were characterized by measuring the absorption spectra,fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime.It shows that Nd 3+∶YCOB crystal wafers exhibit a strong fluorescence emission centered at 1064 nm wavelength with a fluorescence lifetime of 157-162μs upon photonic excitation with 808 nm infrared light.
