摘 要:以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O、Ba(NO3)2、Na OH为原材料,添加表面活性剂聚乙二醇,采用水热法成功合成M型钡铁氧体。采用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和矢量网络分析仪对样品进行表征分析,研究了水热法中晶化时间对样品的粒度、形貌以及吸波性能的影响。试验结果表明:在Fe/Ba摩尔比为8、晶化时间8 h制备的纯相M型Ba Fe12O19,样品结晶完整,形貌为六角片状,平均尺寸在1~2μm。在1~18 GHz频段宽内,损耗因子在13. 24 GHz处达最大值为0. 33,吸波反射率为-10. 35 d B,吸波性能最好,提高了钡铁氧体在Ku波段范围内的吸波性能。M-type barium ferrite was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method with Fe(NO 3)3·9H 2O,Ba(NO 3)2 and NaOH as raw materials and polyethylene glycol as surfactant.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and VNA.The effects of crystallization time on the particle size,morphology and microwave absorption properties of the samples were studied.The results suggest that pure M type BaFe 12 O 19 is prepared at a molar ratio of Fe/Ba of 8 and a crystallization time of 8 h.The sample is completely crystalline and has a hexagonal shape with an average size of 1-2μm.Within the 1-18 GHz bandwidth,the loss factor reaches the maximum value of 0.33 at 13.24 GHz,and the absorbing reflectivity is-10.35 dB,which improves the absorbing performance of barium ferrite in the Ku band.
