摘 要:针对白车身电阻点焊过程存在零件装配不良、焊点分流、板间含涂胶和镀锌板材焊接等影响焊点质量的问题,开启博士力士乐动态电阻自适应控制系统,在不同影响因素下分别进行恒流模式和自适应模式焊接,结合实际焊点动态电阻曲线与合格焊点样本电阻曲线的差异分析,研究自适应控制技术对白车身点焊质量的影响。研究表明,利用自适应控制技术,可有效减少外界干扰对焊接热输入的影响,减少焊接飞溅,提高白车身焊点质量。For problems,such as poor assembly of parts,shunt current of welding spots,glue coating and galvanized plate welding,that affect the quality of welding spots during resistance spot welding of body-in-white,the Bosch Rexroth dynamic resistance adaptive control system was opened to carry out constant current mode welding and adaptive mode welding respectively under different influence factors.Combined with the difference between actual dynamic resistance curve of welding spot and the resistance curve of qualified welding spot,effects of adaptive control technology on the quality of spot welding body-in-white were studied.Research showed that adaptive control technology could effectively reduce the influence of external interference on welding heat input,reduce welding spatter and improve the quality of body-in-white welding spots.
