摘  要:[目的]探究玉米幼苗期水分胁迫下生理指标的变化,衡量不同玉米品种之间的抗旱差异,为抗旱品种选育提供借鉴。[方法]采用PEG-6000水溶液模拟干旱环境,比较4个玉米品种(林丰香粘、晋超甜1号、石甜玉1号和超甜T-75)幼苗期的可溶性蛋白、丙二醛和脯氨酸的含量变化。[结果]随着PEG-6000水溶液的增加,4个品种的可溶性蛋白、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量相应增加,在8.75%浓度处理下林丰香粘和超甜T-75的可溶性蛋白含量与其他浓度处理差异显著,晋超甜1号和石甜玉1号不同浓度处理的脯氨酸含量差异极显著,8.75%和7.50%浓度下4个品种的丙二醛含量与其他浓度相比差异极显著。[结论]石甜玉1号和晋超甜1号的抗旱性优于林丰香粘和超甜T-75。[Objective]To explore the changes of physiological indexes under water stress in maize seedling stage,to study the differences in drought resistance among different maize varieties,and to provide references for breeding of drought-resistant varieties.[Method]PEG-6000 aqueous solution was used to simulate the drought environment to compare soluble protein content,malondialdehyde content and proline content of four maize varieties at seedling stage.[Result]Soluble protein content,malondialdehyde content and proline content of the four varieties increased accordingly with the increase of PEG-6000 aqueous solution,the soluble protein contents of Linfengxiangnian and Shitianyu 1 at 8.75%PEG-6000 concentration was significantly different with other concentrations.The differences of proline content between different concentrations of Jinchaotian 1 and Shitianyu 1 was extremely significant.The difference of malondialdehyde content between the two concentrations of 8.75%and 7.50%was significantly different from other concentrations.[Conclusion]Shitianyu 1 and Jinchaotian 1 had better drought resistance than Linfengxiangnian and Chaotian T-75.
