摘 要:为改良当前生产上利用的水稻不育系的稻瘟病抗性,选育具有配合力好、抗性强、米质优的优良不育系,以1892S和广占63S为受体,以携带抗性基因Pi1的BL122和含有抗性基因Pi9的75-1-127为供体,利用复交、自交并结合分子标记辅助选择手段将广谱稻瘟病抗性基因Pi1和Pi9进行聚合,并对稻瘟病抗性、米质、配合力和育性等性状进行选择,育成了籼型水稻光温敏核不育系安农186S。考查结果显示,安农186S除了具有理想的株叶形态以外,还具有适当的播始历期、较好的开花习性及异交结实性等特点。田间自然温光特性鉴定和人工气候室温光特性鉴定结果表明,安农186S的不育性稳定、不育时期较长。稻瘟病抗性鉴定结果,安农186S高抗稻瘟病。此外,安农186S稻米品质优、配合力强、繁殖技术简单易行。In order to improve the blast resistance of male sterile line in rice and breeding the excellent male sterile line with good quality,strong combining ability and high disease resistance,we developed Indica rice photo-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line(PTGMS)Annong 186S with 1892S and Gangzhan 63S as the acceptors and BL 122 and 75-1-127 as the donor with broad spectrum blast resistance gene Pi1 and Pi9 respectively,by multiple-cross and self-crossing and molecular marker-assisted selection.The results showed that Annong 186S not only had the ideal plant and leaf morphology,but also had the characteristics of appropriate period of sowing to initial heading,good flowering habit and good out-cross fecundity.The results of field natural and artificial climate chamber photo-and thermo-sensitive characterization showed that the sterility of Annong 186S was stable and the sterility period was long enough.Rice blast resistance identification results showed that Annong 186S had high resistance to rice blast.In addition,Annong 186S had excellent quality,strong combining ability and simple reproduction technology.
