摘 要:[目的]研究安徽省宿州市小麦孢囊线虫发生规律。[方法]2015—2018年,通过定点采集小麦田土壤和小麦样本,监测土壤中小麦孢囊线虫的孢囊数量、卵量、2龄幼虫数量以及小麦根系内部孢囊线虫的发育情况,鉴定田间小麦孢囊线虫群体类型。[结果]安徽省宿州市试验田内小麦孢囊线虫群体为禾谷孢囊线虫和菲利普线虫的混合种群,其中以禾谷孢囊线虫为主;其孵化和侵染高峰期为2月下旬至3月上旬,3至4龄幼虫发育高峰期为4月上旬,5月上旬根部可见白雌虫。[结论]明确了安徽省宿州市小麦孢囊线虫的种类和发生动态,为其有效防治奠定了基础。[Objective]To investigate the occurrence rule of cereal cyst nematode(CCN)in wheat in Suzhou,Anhui Province.[Method]The soil and wheat samples were collected at the fixed point to monitor the number change of cysts,eggs,second stage juvenile(J2)in the soil,and the growth of nematode in the wheat roots,and the population of cyst nematode in the field were identified from 2015 to 2018.[Result]The population of cyst nematode was mixed population of Heterodera avenae and H.filipjevi and the main population was H.avenae in the field at Suzhou,Anhui Province.The peak of CCN hatching and infection occurred in late February to early March,and development peak of third and four stage juveniles(J3 and J4)occurred in early April,and the white adult female could be observed at the surface of wheat roots in early May.[Conclusion]The population and occurrence dynamics of cereal cyst nematode in Suzhou City of Anhui Province were defined,which laid a foundation for better prevention and control of cereal cyst nematode.
