畲医发痧法联合贻贝粘蛋白敷料在腰椎伤口愈合中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察腰椎切口术后使用畲医法干预联合贻贝粘蛋白敷料等安全措施在微创脊柱外科中的应用疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法 2017年2月~2018年5月采用随机数字表法将80例脊柱骨折行微创内固定术患者分为治疗组及对照组各40例,治疗组采用切口畲医法干预下应用贻贝粘蛋白敷料,对照组采用普通敷料。比较两组切口疼痛程度、术后48 h镇痛药用量、两组住院时间、切口愈合时间。结果脊柱微创内固定术患者切口愈合过程中,使用切口周边畲医法干预,可减轻术后1、2、3 d VAS评分值,术后使用强效镇痛药物次数明显减少,使用贻贝粘蛋白敷料可明显缩短切口愈合时间,经统计学比较分析有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过畲医法干预及术后贻贝粘蛋白敷料应用等切口愈合措施,可促进创口快速康复,促使术后患者快速康复。Objective To observe the efficacy of safe measures such as She medicine Fasha method combined with mussel mucin dressings after lumbar vertebrae incision in minimally invasive spinal surgery and to explore the mechanism. Methods Eighty patients with spinal fractures treated with minimally invasive internal fixation from February2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random table method, with 40 patients in each group. The treatment group was given mussel mucin dressings under the intervention of She medicine Fasha method and the control group was given ordinary dressings. The incision pain degree, analgesic dose 48 hours after surgery, length of hospital stay and incision healing time of the two groups were compared. Results During the incision healing process of the patients treated with minimally invasive internal fixation of the spine, the VAS scores at day 1, day 2 and day 3 after surgery were reduced by using the She medicine Fasha method intervention around the incision, and the number of times of using strong analgesic drugs after surgery was significantly reduced.The incision healing time was significantly shortened by using mussel mucin dressings, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of safe incision healing measures such as She medicine intervention and postoperative mussel mucin dressings can effectively promote the rapid healing of wounds and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
