摘 要:排6南位于春风油田西南部,采用热采注蒸汽吞吐开发,年油汽比0.58,属低效热采开发油藏。油藏温度下脱气原度19683mPa?s左右,油层厚度4~10m,油藏温度33℃,为边底水浅薄层特稠油油藏,针对排6南油藏原油粘度高、含水高,热采效率低等开发矛盾,采取功能性激活剂延长微生物激活时间的基础上,调整渗流通道;常规激活剂及菌液降低原油粘度,提高原油流动性,达到控水稳油,从而提高油井产量。室内通过激活剂配方的优化和高效润湿降粘细菌的筛选获得4号常规激活剂以及功能性激活剂配方和一株外源润湿降粘菌WJ-21,将内外源复合进行性能评价,乳化指数达到100%,降粘率达到97%,润湿性改变效率70%。2015年-2018年在排6南实施微生物吞吐9口经井16轮次,增油9308吨,平均单井增油1034吨,平均每轮次吞吐增油582吨,具有广泛的应用前景。The south of Pai 6 is located in the southwest of Chunfeng oilfield.It is developed by steam huff and puff of thermal recovery with an annual oil steam ratio of 0.58.It is an inefficient thermal recovery reservoir.Under the reservoir temperature,the degassing original degree is about 19683mpa?s,the reservoir thickness is 4~10m,and the reservoir temperature is 33℃.It is a shallow and thin layer super heavy oil reservoir with edge and bottom water.Aiming at the development contradiction of high viscosity,high water cut and low thermal recovery efficiency of crude oil in pai-6 South oil reservoir,the functional activator is adopted to extend the time of microbial activation,and the seepage channel is adjusted;conventional activator and bacterial liquid are used to reduce the viscosity of crude oil and improve the original Oil fluidity can control water and stabilize oil,so as to increase oil well production.Through the optimization of activator formula and the screening of high-efficiency wetting and viscosity reducing bacteria,No.4 conventional activator and functional activator formula and a foreign wetting and viscosity reducing bacteria wj-21 were obtained.The performance of internal and external sources were evaluated.The emulsification index was 100%,the viscosity reducing rate was 97%,and the humidity changing efficiency was 70%.From 2015 to 2018,nine wells were treated by microbial huff and puff in South pai-6 for 16 rounds,with an increase of 9308 tons,an average of 1034 tons for a single well,and an average of 582 tons for each round of huff and puff,which has a wide application prospect.
