摘　　要：通过分析核电数字化仪控系统的功能分级、设备质保分级,识别出组成核级数字化仪控制系统(DCS)关键设备的外协制造产品的采购质保分级要求。结合供应商的ISO9001质量管理体系要求以及应用于核安全级数字化仪控系统的外协制造产品的质量管理要求,给出非持证单位供货核电厂安全级数字化仪控系统设备的质量管控要求,包括文件控制和工艺控制、制造过程控制和质保监查等内容。实现以上总结的质量管理要求的外协制造产品,已在广利核公司项目上成功实践。该研究可为核电领域相关单位的外协产品质量控制提供借鉴和示范。By analyzing the functional grading and equipment quality assurance classification of the nuclear power digital instrumentation and control system,the requirements of procurement quality assurance classification of the outsourced products that constitute the key equipment of the nuclear-grade digital control system(DCS)were identified.The quality control requirements for the equipment of nuclear-grade digital instrumentation and control system supplied by unlicensed units were given in combination with ISO 9001 quality management system requirements for suppliers and quality management requirements for outsourced products used in nuclear-grade digital instrumentation and control systems.The outsourced products that meet the above quality management requirements had been successfully applied in the project of China Techenergy Co.,Ltd.,This study could be used as a reference and demonstration for quality control of outsourced products of relevant units in nuclear power field.
