填加V/Cu复合中间层的TiAl基合金与钢激光焊接头组织和性能研究

摘  要:采用激光焊方法连接TiAl基合金与40Cr钢。结果表明,填加V/Cu复合中间层可实现二者的优质连接,接头无裂纹缺陷,焊缝区形成Cu基固溶体相、(Fe,V,Cu)固溶体相及少量富Cu金属间化合物相,显著改善了接头脆性。接头抗拉强度为297 MPa,达到TiAl母材强度的75%以上。接头断裂于TiAl合金侧界面区,主要与界面区形成AlCuTi、AlCu 2Ti脆性金属间化合物有关。Laser welding is used to connect TiAl alloy with steel.The study indicates that adding V/Cu composite interlayer can realize the high-quality connection between the two dissimilar metals,and no crack is shown in the joint.Cu base solid solution phase,(Fe,V,Cu)solid solution phase and a small amount of Cu-rich intermetallic compound phase are formed in the weld zone,which greatly improves the brittleness of the joint.The tensile strength of the joint is 297 MPa,which is more than 75%of the strength of TiAl base metal.The joint fracture is found in the TiAl/weld interface,which is mainly related to the formation of brittle intermetallic compounds of AlCuTi and AlCu 2Ti.
