摘 要:射流电解加工技术在航天、仪器、电子和医疗设备等领域有着非常重要的意义,为改善传统射流电解加工,提高加工质量,文中提出了一种电极丝前置式射流电解加工技术.该技术在传统射流电解基础上,将柔性电极丝前置伸出喷嘴,且利用高速射流液束将电极丝约束在其中,使电场相对于蚀除区域更集中,以期提高射流电解的定域性.针对该技术的加工原理,利用COMSOL软件对加工过程的多物理场分布进行了仿真分析,搭建了实验平台并通过工艺实验验证其可行性.研究结果表明:在相同条件下,相比于传统射流电解加工,电极丝前置式射流电解加工提高了加工效率,增大了凹坑的深径比,凹坑的内表面质量也有显著提高.In order to perfect traditional electrochemical jet machining and improve the machining quality, a wire-preposed electrochemical jet machining(WPEJM) technology is proposed, in which a flexible electrode wire is fixed in the high-speed jet to concentrate the electric field and improve the localization of jet electrolysis. According to the processing principle of this technology, software COMSOL is used to conduct simulation analysis on the distribution of multiple physical fields in machining process, and an experimental platform is set up to verify its feasibility. The preliminary results show that under the same condition, compared with the traditional electrochemical jet machining, the proposed method increases the machining efficiency and the depth-diameter ratio of the pit. Furthermore, the inner surface quality of the pit is significantly improved.
