摘 要:以某核主泵轴承中的弹性板为研究对象,针对其原结构出现变形量过大的问题,对弹性板进行结构优化设计,并与原结构进行对比,验证了结果的可靠性,为其他核主泵轴承的弹性板结构设计提供参考。结果表明:主弹性板在535,850,1490 kN的载荷下的变形量分别为0.155,0.232,0.366 mm,均分别满足0.1~0.2 mm,<0.3 mm,<0.5 mm的要求;副弹性板在500 kN载荷下的变形量为0.152 mm,满足0.1~0.2 mm的要求;主副弹性板的应力均小于材料的屈服极限,满足强度要求。By taking the elastic plate in a nuclear main pump bearing as the research object,the structure optimization design was carried out for the problem of excessive deformation appearing on the original structure under the action of load,and was compared with the original structure,the reliability of the results was verified,which provides certain reference for design of elastic plate structure of other nuclear main pump bearings.The results show that the deformation of the main elastic plate under the load of 535,850,1490 kN was 0.155 mm,0.232 mm and 0.366 mm,respectively,all of which meet the requirements of 0.1~0.2mm,<0.3mm and<0.5 mm,respectively.The deformation of the auxiliary elastic plate under the load of 500 kN was 0.152 mm,which meets the requirements of 0.1~0.2 mm.The stresses of both the main and auxiliary elastic plate were less than the yield limit of the materials and met the strength requirement.
