摘  要:相变蓄热技术是提高太阳能系统利用效率的重要途径之一。本文搭建了一套相变蓄热水箱试验系统,在初始水温80℃、进水温度5℃的工况下,测试得到了水箱内各温度点随无量纲时间的变化,在进水流量分别为1,3,5,7,9 L/min时,基于MIX number和填充效率分析法,深入分析了相变蓄热水箱的热特性。基于三水合醋酸钠研究的试验结果表明,当水箱温度为80℃时,普通水箱、PCM48和PCM58的能量分别为18.81,19.34,19.07 MJ。进口流量相同时,相变蓄热球越靠近水箱进口,水箱的热分层效果越好。Phase change thermal storage technology is one of the important ways to improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy systems.A set of phase change hot water tank experimental system was built.Under the operating conditions of initial water temperature of 80℃and entering water temperature of 5℃,the change of temperature of each measuring point in the water tank was measured with the dimensionless time.At entering flow of 1,3,5,7 and 9 L/min,the thermal characteristics of the phase change hot water tank were analyzed in depth based on the MIX number and the filling efficiency analysis method.The experimental results based on study of sodium acetate trihydrate show that when the water tank temperature was 80℃,the energy of the ordinary water tank,PCM48 and PCM58 were 18.81,19.34 and 19.07 MJ,respectively.When the inlet flow rate was the same,the closer the phase change heat storage ball to the inlet of the water tank,the better the thermal stratification effect of the water tank.
