摘 要:以NaOH和KOH为激发剂,研究苛性碱掺量不同时,碱矿渣水泥砂浆(ASM)3、7、28、90 d的抗压强度和抗折强度.采用压汞仪测试其净浆试件的孔结构;采用场发射扫描电子显微镜观察其砂浆试件的微观形貌.研究表明,ASM的抗压强度和抗折强度随着苛性碱掺量的增大,呈先上升后下降的变化规律.水胶比为0.4时,NaOH的最佳掺量(以Na 2O质量计)为矿渣质量的6%;KOH的最佳掺量(以K 2O质量计)为矿渣质量的4%.当激发剂掺量均为最佳掺量时,KOH作为激发剂的ASM的90 d龄期抗压强度和抗折强度分别比NaOH作为激发剂的ASM的90 d抗压强度和抗折强度高16.48%和12.65%.与采用NaOH作为激发剂的ASM相比,采用KOH作为激发剂的ASM的成本更低,性价比更高.NaOH and KOH were used as activators,respectively.The effect of caustic alkali content on the 3,7,28 and 90 d compressive strength and flexural strength of alkali-activated slag cement mortar(ASM)was investigated.The pore structure of alkali activated slag paste was investigated via mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP).The morphology of ASM was observed by field emission scanning electron microscope(FSEM).The study shows that the compressive strength and flexural strength of ASM increase first and then decrease with the increase of caustic alkali content.When the water to binder ratio is 0.4,the optimal NaOH content(by mass of Na 2O)is 6%by mass of the slag,and the optimal KOH content(by mass of K 2O)is 4%by mass of the slag.The 90 d compressive strength and flexural strength of ASM with optimal KOH content is 16.48%and 12.65%higher than that with optimal NaOH content,respectively.Compared with ASM activated by NaOH,ASM activated by KOH has better performance,lower cost and therefore higher cost performance.
