摘　　要：为备战2022年北京冬奥会,我国将培养大批冰雪运动员,而退役是运动员未来的必经之路,因此,如何在退役后将自身职业技能充分转换,以适应新的生活环境和职业角色是我国冰雪运动员退役后的生活来源和我国冰雪体育运动可持续发展的重要保障。本研究结合我国独有的政治生态探讨了我国退役冰雪运动员的职业技能转换问题。研究表明:社会因素、政策因素、运动员自身因素对冰雪运动职业技能转换有着重要影响,加快我国退役冰雪运动员职业技能转换需树立培养现役冰雪运动员全面发展的价值观、有针对性的开展退役冰雪运动员职业培训、加强退役冰雪运动员就业平台构建、完善退役冰雪运动员社会保障制度体系。Preparation for the 2022 Beijing Olympics,China will cultivate a large number of athletes,ice and snow and retirement is a key way for the athletes in the future,therefore,how to after retirement will own professional skill fully change to adapt to the new life environment and professional role is our country athlete retirement life source and important guarantee for the sustainable development of ice and snow sports in our country.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey,and combines the unique political ecology in China to discuss the professional skills conversion of retired ice and snow athletes in China.Research shows that:social factors,policy factors,the athletes have a important impact on ice and snow sports vocational skills transfer,speed up China’s retired athlete career skills transformation needs to set up the values of active athlete comprehensive development,targeted to carry out the retired athlete training,strengthen the retired athlete employment platform construction,improve the system of retired athlete social security system.
