摘 要:良好的睡眠习惯和质量是身心健康的重要保障。熬夜,是现代人常常面临的问题,对于大学生而言,熬夜更是在生活和学习中经常发生的事情。当前,熬夜的不良生活习惯在校园内十分普遍,而大学校园情况较为突出。熬夜的原因很多,包括环境的改变、沟通和学习方式的改变以及对手机的依赖。熬夜的危害包括对身体和心理素养以及运动能力的影响。本研究提出了进行科学教育和健康睡眠大环境的构建,个人、学校、家长和社会共同参与到大学生熬夜情况的干预策略,以改善大学生的不良睡眠现状,促进大学生的全面健康发展。Good sleep habits and quality are the important guarantee of physical and mental health.Staying up late is a problem that modern people often face.For college students,staying up late is a common thing in life and study.At present,the bad living habit of staying up late is very common in campus,while the situation of university campus is more prominent.Many reasons for staying up late include changes in the environment,changes in communication and learning methods,and dependence on mobile phones.The harm of staying up late includes the influence on physical and mental quality as well as sports ability.This study puts forward the intervention strategy of scientific education and healthy sleep environment construction,in which individuals,schools,parents and society participate in the situation of college students staying up late,so as to improve the current situation of college students’bad sleep and promote the overall healthy development of college students.
