摘  要:目的为田间防治马铃薯枯萎病筛选有效的药剂和适宜的浓度提供理论依据。方法本次试验采用菌丝生长速率抑制法来进行马铃薯枯萎病的药剂筛选及室内毒力测定。选取80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、2%春雷霉素可湿性粉剂、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂、80%乙蒜素水剂、10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂、3%噻霉酮可湿性粉剂、60%唑醚·代森联水分散粒剂、250 g·L-1嘧菌酯悬浮剂、75%肟菌·戊唑醇乳油、240 g·L-1噻呋酰胺水剂,对马铃薯枯萎病病原菌进行药效试验。根据抑菌率的结果,从中筛选出效果较好的3种杀菌剂分别进行毒力测定。结果供试的10种杀菌剂对马铃薯枯萎病病原菌的抑制效果差异较大,其中75%肟菌·戊唑醇乳油的毒力最高,其EC 50为13μL·L-1;80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂次之,其EC 50为66μL·L-1;80%乙蒜素水剂的毒力第三,其EC 50为182μL·L-1。结论筛选出80%乙蒜素、80%代森锰锌、75%肟菌·戊唑醇3种药剂,为田间防治马铃薯枯萎病提供了更多的选择药剂。Objective To provide a theoretical basis for screening effective agents and suitable concentrations for controlling potato wilt in the field.Methods Hyphal growth inhibition method was used to sereen medicaments and determine indoor toxicity.efficacy test on potato wilt pathogen was carried out with medicaments,such as 80%mancozeb WP,2%kasugamycin WP,3%zhongshengmycin WP,80%ethylicinAS,10%difenoconazole WG,3%benziothiazolinone WP,60%azole ether·daisenlian WG,250 g·L-1 azoxystrobin SC,75%trifloxstrobin·tebuconazole EC,and 240 g·L-1 thiofuramide AS.According to the results of the inhibition rate,three kinds of fungicides with better effects were selected and tested for virulence.Results The results showed that:there were considerable differences in the inhibitory effects of 10 fungicides tested on fusarium oxysporum.75%trifloxstrobin·tebuconazole EC,18%mancozeb WP and 80%ethylicin AS had the highe virulence and their EC 50 were 5.3μL·L-1,66μL·L-1 and 182μL·L-1 respectively.Conclusion This experiment found 80%ethylicinAS,80%mancozeb WP,and 75%trifloxstrobin·tebuconazole EC,providing more choices for the control of potato wilt in the field.
