高等中医药院校太极拳教学实践探郦——以“白鹤亮翅”动作为例

摘　　要：在借鉴前人对高校武术教学研究成果的基础上,结合笔者多年来对太极拳学练之体悟以及教学实践的探索与经验总结,以太极拳招势“白鹤亮翅”教学为例,尝试从医理、拳理、哲理三方面阐述如何在教学实践中体现“医武融合”理念,以期为高等中医药院校武术课教学改革与创新提供有益启示。Based on the research results of college martial art teaching by predecessors and combined with the author’s sentiment of plenty years’learning and teaching of shadowboxing and exploration of teaching practice,also the summary of experience,this paper takes one of the shadowboxing motions“White Stork Stretching Wings”as an example,trying to expound how to embody the concept of“Coalescing Medicine and Martial Art”in the teaching practice through philosophy,principles of medical science and boxing theory.The paper is expected to provide some beneficial revelations for the reform and innovation of martial art classes in Chinese medicine universities.
