摘 要:某水电站厂房基础海拔3 340 m,受工期限制拟在冬季进行无盖重固结灌浆,因此处最低气温达-13℃,施工过程中一系列温控措施是本工程的难点。通过研究探索合理的措施,保证了浆液拌合水温、灌浆水管与水泵及施工场地的适宜温度等,并采用合理的灌浆流程与工艺,顺利完成了灌浆。经钻孔检查,岩芯采取率达到90%以上,物探测试均满足设计要求,灌浆效果良好。DG Hydropower Station is located in high and cold area with the altitude of 3340 m and the lowest temperature of-13 ℃. Due to the requirement of the construction schedule, it is planned to carry out the consolidation grouting of the powerhouse foundation without cover in winter. The temperature control of the whole grouting work is thus a difficult task. Through a field grouting test, proper temperature control measures, grouting process and detailed construction technology are proposed, which ensure the temperatures of the slurry mixing water, grouting pipe and pump, and the construction site are eligible. With these measures and technology, the grouting work is successfully completed and satisfactory grouting effect is achieved. Drilling inspection shows that the core extraction rate of the grouted foundation is over 90%. The geophysical testing results also meet the design requirements.
