摘  要:在机群调节过程中,由于存在操作过电压情况,使得旋转机械专用电机定子有可能出现匝间短路的问题,甚至会引发机器失效,导致严重的经济损失。在建立专用电机定子绝缘材料耐冲击电压可靠性模型的基础上,开展定时截尾寿命试验,并基于配分布曲线法处理无失效试验数据,得到了旋转机械专用电机定子绝缘性能可靠性指标,为使用方判定电机是否需改进设计提供可靠性方面的依据。In the process of cluster adjustment, due to the existence of operation overvoltage, the problem of interterm short circuit of the motor stator is emerged, which results in damages of motor performance, failures of machine and economic losses. This paper introduces the reliability model of withstand impulse voltage of insulation of motor stators. Time censored of life test is carried out. Based on distribution curve method, zero-failure data are processed, and the reliability index of insulation performance of motor stator is obtained, which is provided to the users for the proposal of motor improvements.
