朝鲜半岛局势转圜下的东北亚区域经济合作

摘　　要：2018年以来,朝鲜半岛局势出现了转圜的发展势头。在朝鲜首脑外交的推动下,朝美、朝韩、中朝等东北亚主要双边关系得到改善,朝韩之间的《板门店宣言》和朝美之间的《联合声明》的签署使东北亚迎来了发展区域经济合作的最好时机。东北亚地区也出现了以朝鲜为合作对象的双边经济合作态势,和以欧亚经济一体化为目标的多边区域经济合作迹象。东北亚国家间已有的经济合作为朝鲜半岛局势转圜下的东北亚区域经济合作搭建了发展平台。我国应该充分利用当前的发展契机,谋略我国的东北亚区域经济合作战略和推动东北亚区域经济合作的发展。The situation on the Korean Peninsula has improved since 2018.Driven by North Korean summit diplomacy,major bilateral relations between North Korea and the United States,North and South Korea,and China and North Korea have been improved.The signing of The Panmunjom Declaration between North and South Korea and The Joint Declaration between North and South Korea ushered in the opportunity to develop regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia.There are also signs of bilateral economic cooperation with North Korea as the object of cooperation and multilateral regional economic cooperation aimed at Eurasian economic integration in Northeast Asia.The existing economic cooperation among Northeast Asian countries has set up a development platform for Northeast Asian regional economic cooperation under the improved situation on the Korean Peninsula.China should make full use of current development opportunities to plan regional economic cooperation strategies in Northeast Asia and promote regional economic cooperation development in Northeast Asia.
