摘　　要：当前国家非常重视高校学生资助工作,国家已经明确高校学生资助工作要进行实效性育人.但在实际资助工作中,资金投入大而育人效果弱.资金投入大,人才教育效果不足,一直困扰着当前大学生思想政治教育工作.因此对学生加强思想政治教育,反思资助政策贯彻落实的有效性与资助育人功能的现实效果是进一步推进大学生资助工作的必然之举.At present,the state attaches great importance to financial aid for college students,and has made it clear that effective education should be carried out in the financial aid for college students.However,in the actual financial aid,the capital investment is large and the education effect is weak.The large capital investment and the insufficient effect of talent education have always plagued the current ideological and political education of college students.Therefore,to promote the financial aid for college students,it is an inevitable move to further improve the ideological and political education of students,and reflect on the effectiveness of implementing the financial aid policy and the practical effect of education through financial effect.
