自媒体视域下高校教师党员党性教育存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：加强高校教师党员党性教育对于推动高校党建工作具有重要意义.随着自媒体的迅速发展,党建工作发生了深刻变革,党性教育也面临着新的机遇和挑战.本文通过分析当前高校教师党员党性教育存在的问题以及自媒体对党性教育产生的影响,进一步从强化党性意识、优化党性教育理念、创新党性教育方式、健全党性教育机制、充分利用自媒体平台等方面提出相应对策.It is of great significance to strengthen Party education of university teachers to promote Party building in universities.With the rapid development of self-media,Party building has undergone profound changes,and Party education is also facing new opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the existing problems of Party education of current university teachers and the influence of self-media on Party education.The author further puts forward corresponding countermeasures from such aspects as strengthening Party consciousness,optimizing Party education idea,innovating Party education way,improving Party education mechanism,making full use of self-media platform.
