摘  要:为解决百龙滩水电站4号灯泡贯流式水轮机运行中出现的低水头段运行不稳定,振动较大,达不到额定出力等状况,对该机组转轮改造进行了充分的技术经济方案对比。改造过程中对水轮机参数、轮毂比、操作油压、轴系稳定性进行了严谨的核算,充分考虑其5.0 MPa非常规操作油压对水力和结构设计的影响,并按照IEC规范要求结合CFD和模型试验挑选最合适的模型转轮。结果表明,改造后机组的稳定性、可靠性等得到极大提高。其经验可为其他类似水电站的技术改造工作提供参考和借鉴。In order to solve the unstable operation of the low head section,large vibration and under rated output in the operation of No.4 bulb tubular turbine of Bailongtan Hydropower Station,the technical and economic scheme comparison of the runner transformation of the unit is made.During the transformation,the turbine parameters,hub ratio,operating oil pressure and shafting stability were strictly calculated,and the influence of its 5.0MPa unconventional operating oil pressure on the hydraulic and structural design was fully considered,and the most appropriate model runner was selected according to the requirements of IEC code combined with CFD and model test.The results show that the stability and reliability of the modified unit are greatly improved.The experience can provide reference for other similar hydropower stations.
