摘  要:选择10种常见的内衣面料作为研究载体,并借助计算机数值模拟技术——指尖接触冷暖感模型,详细探讨纤维种类、织物经纬密度、织物厚度、织物初始温度、织物湿度(含水率)对内衣服装接触瞬间冷暖感的影响,并对其结果进行机理解释。结果表明:纤维种类、织物经纬密度、织物厚度、织物初始温度、织物湿度(含水率)均不同程度的影响内衣服装接触瞬间冷暖感。其中,织物初始温度、织物经纬密度和厚度对织物接触瞬间冷感呈负相关;织物湿度(含水率)与织物接触的冷感呈正相关。同时还发现,蚕丝纤维和麻纤维组成的织物比较适合做夏季内衣服装,而羊毛纤维组成的织物比较适合做冬季内衣,棉纤维组成的织物比较适合做春秋内衣服装。其研究结论可为设计师在进行内衣服装面料选择时提供参考,也可为消费者购买合适的内衣提供指导。10 common underwear fabrics were chosen as a research sample,the influence trends and mechanisms of fiber types,fabric latitude and longitude density,fabric thickness,fabric initial temperature,fabric humidity(moisture content)on the instantaneous cold-warm feeling of clothing were studied with the help of computer numerical simulation technology-fingertip model of contact cold-warm feeling.Results showed that the cold-warm feeling of underwear was affected by fiber type,fabric warp and latitude density,fabric thickness,fabric initial temperature,fabric humidity(moisture content).And the initial temperature,warp density and thickness of the fabric are negatively related to the cold feeling of fabric;The humidity(moisture content)of the fabric was positively correlated with the cold feeling of fabric.In addition,it was also found that the fabric composed of silk fiber and hemp fiber was more suitable for summer underwear,while the fabric composed of wool fiber was more suitable for winter underwear,and the fabric composed of cotton fiber is more suitable for spring and autumn underwear clothing.The conclusion of the study provided a reference for designers in the selection of clothing fabrics,and also provided some guidance for consumers when purchasing underwear.
