摘　　要：目的系统评价止痛化症胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症的疗效性。方法筛选文献和质量评价,指定2位文献观察员进行,使用RevMan 5.3软件将资料进行Meta分析,最终纳入了11项随机对照试验(775例患者)。结果Meta分析显示:与单纯应用米非司酮组相比,止痛化症胶囊联合米非司酮组的痛经治愈率更高[RR=1.50;95%CI:1.37~1.64,P<0.00001];此外,能显著减小子宫体积[MD=-31.42;95%CI:-34.80^-28.05,P<0.00001];降低血清CA125水平[MD=-9.72,95%CI:-12.12^-7.31,P<0.00001]。结论止痛化症胶囊联合米非司酮对子宫腺肌症的临床疗效较好。Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of analgesic capsules combined with mifepristone in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:Two literature observers were assigned to screen literature and to make quality evaluation.RevMan 5.3 software was used to make the meta-analysis and 11 randomized controlled tests(775 patients)were included.Results:The meta-analysis showed that the analgesic cure rate was higher in the analgesic capsules combined with the mifepristone group than that in the mifepristone alone group[RR=1.50;95%CI:1.37 to 1.64,P<0.00001].In addition,it can significantly reduce the uterine volume[MD=-31.42;95%CI:-34.80~28.05,P<0.00001]and reduce serum CA125 levels[MD=-9.72,95%CI:-12.12^-7.31,P<0.00001].Conclusion:Analgesic capsule combined with mifepristone has a good clinical effect for treating adenomyosis.
