摘　　要：文章简要介绍了某设计院“三标管理体系”内审的目的、审核要点及过程,分析和探讨了内审员应具备的基本素养、审核技巧和容易出现的审核误区,并对内审员的激励方式及内审员队伍建设提出了合理化建议。This paper briefly introduces the purpose,main points and process of the internal audit of the“three-standard management system”of a design institute,analyses and discusses the basic qualities,audit skills and audit errors that the internal auditors should have,and put forward reasonable suggestions on the ways to encourage internal auditors and the construction of the internal auditor team.
