摘 要:为定量研究激光晶体截面长度与截面大小对晶体热效应的影响,用有限元方法建立激光晶体热模型,并用ANSYS软件设定相关参数,分析不同长度、不同截面YVO4/Nd:YVO4、GdVO4/Nd:GdVO4复合激光晶体的温度分布情况。分析结果表明,当复合晶体截面大小为3×3mm2时,掺杂晶体长度从3mm增加到6mm,YVO4/Nd∶YVO4和GdVO4/Nd∶GdVO4复合晶体中心最高温度分别下降了2.71℃和2.25℃;当复合晶体中掺杂晶体长度为3mm时,复合晶体截面大小从1×1mm2增加到3×3mm2,YVO4/Nd∶YVO4和GdVO4/Nd∶GdVO4复合晶体中心最高温度分别下降超过13℃和29℃。根据基于ANSYS的有限元方法分析得出,选择截面面积较大、掺杂晶体长度较长的复合晶体能够一定程度上改善激光器温度特性。In order to quantitatively study the effect of the length and cross-sectional size of the laser crystal on the thermal effect of the crystal.The laser crystal thermal model was established by finite element method,and the related parameters were set by ANSYS soft?ware,the temperature distribution of YVO4/Nd∶YVO4 and GdVO4/Nd∶GdVO4 composite laser crystals with different lengths and differ?ent cross sections was analyzed.The analysis results show that when the cross-section size of the composite crystal is 3×3mm2,the dop?ing crystal length increases from 3mm to 6mm,and the maximum temperature of YVO4/Nd∶YVO4 and GdVO4/Nd∶GdVO4 composite crystal centers decreases by 2.71℃and 2.25℃respectively;When the length of the doped crystal in the composite crystal is 3 mm,the cross-section size of the composite crystal increases from 1×1 mm2 to 3×3 mm2,and the maximum temperatures of the YVO4/Nd∶YVO4 and GdVO4/Nd∶GdVO4 composite crystals fall by more than 13℃and 29℃,respectively.According to the analysis of the finite ele?ment method based on ANSYS,it is found that the composite crystal with large cross-sectional area and long doping crystal length can improve the temperature characteristics of the laser to some extent.
