摘  要:随着数字信息化的加速发展,以文物遗产数字化为工作目标,结合应用机械控制技术、数字化采集技术和海量数据处理技术,提出一种专为文物遗产(如古书画)数字化保护的线阵CCD大幅面扫描仪系统设计。利用精密光学镜头和高分辨率、高像素CCD图像传感器对书画文物进行扫描,将采集到的图像数据通过USB接口传送到PC端上位机,上位机软件对图像数据进行处理、显示、存储等操作。系统测试结果表明:该专用扫描仪输出图像精度高、色彩梯度大、失真小、立体感突出,同时具备采样速度快、抗干扰能力强、操作方便等特点,对我国数字化文物保护关键设备国产化研究具有重要作用。With the accelerated development of digital information,taking the digitalization of cultural heritage as the work goal,com?bined with the application of mechanical control technology,digital acquisition technology and massive data processing technology,a design of linear array CCD large-format scanner system for digital protection of cultural relics and paintings is proposed.The precision optical lens and the high-resolution,high-pixel CCD image sensor are used to scan the painting and calligraphy artifacts,then the col?lected image data is transmitted to the PC host computer through the USB interface,and the host computer software processes,dis?plays,and stores the image data.The overall system test results show that the output image of the dedicated scanner has high preci?sion,large color gradient,small distortion and prominent three-dimensionality.At the same time,it has the characteristics of fast sam?pling speed,strong anti-interference ability and convenient operation.It also plays a guiding role in the research on the localization of key equipment in digital cultural relic protection.
