摘　　要：由小米和格力电器的十亿赌局作为出发点,介绍了两公司的基本情况,对两公司在国内及国外的专利布局状况进行了研究,分析了两公司在交叉技术领域的专利申请现状,在一定程度上厘清了两公司在专利申请方面的发展脉络,并给出相应的建议。Based on a billion gambling bureaus of Xiaomi and Gree Electric Appliances,the basic situation of the two companies was introduced.The domestic and foreign patent layout of the two companies was studied.The status of patent applications of the two companies in the cross-technology fi eld was analyzed.To some extent,the paper clarifi es the development of patent applications between the two companies and gives corresponding suggestions.
