摘  要:钢轨温度力大小是我国铁路工务部门评判线路是否安全的重要指标之一。我国常用的钢轨温度力检测方法有多种。为了研究通用、有效的方法评定各检测设备测量结果的准确性和可靠性,提出一种量值溯源方案,构建一个能够准确模拟钢轨温度力大小,并且可以向更高准确度等级计量标准溯源的校准装置,来验证不同检测设备测量结果的准确性与可靠性。经过不确定度评定和实际试验验证,量值溯源方案能够评定不同钢轨温度力检测设备测量结果的准确性。Track temperature force is one of the most important judging principles for track safety by rail engineering and maintenance department.There are many methods to measure track temperature force,but still no universal and effective project exist to verify the accuracy and stability of variety equipments measuring results.This paper comes up with a traceability project which develops a device that can simulate track temperature force and trace back to a higher measurement standard to make sure the accuracy of variety equipments measuring results.Through the verifi⁃cation of theory and test,this traceability project can judge the accuracy of equipments measuring results in different track temperature force.
