摘 要:在动态变化的无线信道环境下传输数据时,选择适当的传输速率可以提高数据传输系统的性能,目前已经有多种速率自适应算法被提出。针对RBAR速率自适应算法需多次发送RTS/CTS控制帧浪费网络带宽这一缺点,提出一种改进速率自适应算法。改进后算法兼容IEEE802.11标准,通过监测系统吞吐量的变化,判断是否发送RTS/CTS帧更新传输速率,减少RTS/CTS控制帧的发送次数,提高系统整体性能。对系统吞吐量进行理论推导,通过仿真实验验证改进算法,可以通过减少RTS/CTS控制帧的发送次数提高系统吞吐量。When transmitting data in a dynamically changing wireless channel environment,the performance of the data transmission system can be improved by selecting an appropriate transmission rate.A variety of rate adaptive algorithms have been proposed.The RBAR rate adaptive algorithm may waste network bandwidth since it needs to send RTS/CTS control frame multiple times,so an improved rate adaptive algorithm is proposed.The improved algorithm is compatible with the IEEE802.11 standard.By monitoring the change of system throughput,it determines whether to send the RTS/CTS frame to update the transmission rate.The number of RTS/CTS control frame transmission times is reduced,and the overall performance of the system is improved.A theoretical derivation of system throughput is conducted,and the simulation experiments verify that the improved algorithm improves the system throughput by reducing the number of RTS/CTS control frames transmission times.
