摘 要:高精度GNSS授时系统是电力系统正常运行的基础,时间安全关系电力系统安全。系统阐述了电力系统中GNSS授时应用的现状和主要特点,对电力系统GNSS授时干扰的主要技术手段进行了分析,重点对压制式干扰和欺骗式干扰的定义、分类以及实施方式进行了阐述,进一步从系统抗干扰适应性设计、自主保持能力提升和多源弹性授时几个方面提出了干扰应对策略。High precision GNSS timing system is the foundation of the normal operation of electric power system,and the time safety influences the security of electric power system.The current situation and main characteristics of GNSS timing application in electric power system is systematically introduced,and the main technical means of GNSS timing jamming that electric power system may face is analyzed.The definition,classification and implementation of suppression jamming and deceptive jamming are expounded emphatically.Several jamming countermeasures from the aspects of system anti-jamming adaptability design,self-sustaining ability improvement and multi-source resilient timing are proposed.
