健脾补肾方治疗再生障碍性贫血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾补肾方治疗再生障碍性贫血(AA)的临床疗效。方法将2016年1月至2018年6月收治的90例AA患者纳入研究范围,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例。对照组给予环孢素A治疗,同时根据病情给予抗感染、补血及止血药物。治疗组给予健脾补肾方治疗。1个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察2组临床疗效、中医症候积分及不良反应发生、复发情况。结果对照组、治疗组治疗总有效率分别为64.44%、88.89%,治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组中医症候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组中医症候积分均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、治疗组不良反应发生率分别为28.89%、6.67%,复发率分别为11.11%、2.22%,治疗组不良反应发生率、复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾方治疗AA疗效确切,能够有效降低复发率,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Jianpibushen prescription in treatment of aplastic anemia(AA).Methods A total of 90 patients with AA who were admitted and treated in our hospital from Janurary 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study,who divided into control group(n=45)and treatment group(n=45)according to the random number table.The patients in control group were treated by cyclosporine A,meanwhile who were treated by anti-infection,enriching the blood and hemostatics according the illness states.However the patients in treatment group were treated by Jianpibushen prescription,with a treatment course of one month for 2 treatment courses.After treatment,the clinical effects,the score of TCM syndrome,the incidence of adverse reaction,and the replase cases were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(88.89%vs 64.44%,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the TCM symptom scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,moreover the TCM symptom scores in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the incidence rates of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jianpibushen prescription is effective in treating AA,which can effective decrease the recurrence rate,with fewer adverse reactions,therefor,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
