改良疼痛护理措施对心脏外科术后患者的止痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良疼痛护理模式应用于心脏外科术后患者的临床效果观察。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月进行心脏外科手术的患者,抽取120例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组实施普通护理措施,研究组在此基础上实施疼痛护理措施。结果术后3 d,2组患者VAS评分均呈现下降水平,但接受改良疼痛护理模式的研究组VAS评分下降更快,程度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术后患者主动汇报疼痛的调查中,研究组患者术后主动向医护人员汇报疼痛共52次,其中手术切口疼痛报告人数最多;对照组患者主动汇报疼痛次数共83次,其中手术切口疼痛报告人数最多,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为100%,对照组护理满意度为86.67%,研究组护理满意度高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心脏外科术后患者实施疼痛护理措施有助于减轻患者术后疼痛,让患者对护理工作更加满意。Objective To investigate the analgesic effects of modified pain nursing measures in patients after cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent cardiac surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by general nursing measures,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by modified pain nursing measures.Results At 3 days after surgery,the VAS scores showed a decrease trend in both groups,however,the VAS scores in research group were decreased more significantly(P<0.05).During the investigation of the patients in both groups who reported painful reports of postoperative pain,the patients in research group who initiatively reported the pain to the medical staff was 52 person-times,the patients who reported surgical incision pain were the most,ontrast of that,the contrarary,the patients in control group who initiatively reported the pain to the medical staff was 83 person-times,the patients who reported surgical incision pain were the most,there were significant diferences between the two groups(P<0.05).Moreover the nursing satisfaction degree in research group was 100%,which in control group was 86.67%,there was significant diference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion To applying pain nursing measures for patients after cardiac surgery can reduce postoperative pain and make them to be more satisfactory with the nursing work.
