摘  要:某网络安全展示中心的屋盖钢结构采用单层自由曲面网格结构,该网壳结构每个位置的构件截面都是不同的,屋盖结构的这种特性为结构建模计算造成了较大的困难,如果采用箱型截面来模拟构件,将造成较大的模型误差,如果采用人工方式赋予杆件的平均截面属性,工作量较大,为了建立精准的计算模型对该网壳结构进行满足力学要求的设计验算,需采用数学方法编制计算程序来生成每一种不规则截面,共计2400多种截面。在精准计算模型的基础上对该结构进行了包括设计验算、稳定验算和节点有限元分析等一系列验算工作,取得了较好的效果。The roof steel structure of a network security exhibition center adopts single-layer free-form surface mesh structure,the cross sections of the members in each position of the latticed shell structure are different. This characteristic of the roof structure makes it difficult to model and calculate the structure. If the box section is used to simulate the members,it will cause larger model errors. In order to establish a precise calculation model for the design checking calculation of the reticulated shell structure to meet the mechanical requirements,it is necessary to use mathematical method to compile a calculation program to generate each irregular section,totaling more than2400 cross sections. On the basis of the precise calculation model,a series of checking computations including design checking,stability checking and finite element analysis of joints are carried out.
