摘 要:目的将亚健康评定量表施测于广东省公务员,以考察其信效度。方法分层随机抽取广州、佛山、珠海共800名公务员进行亚健康状况调查。SHMS V1.0的信度通过内部一致性信度、分半信度进行验证;SHMS V1.0的效度通过验证性因子分析、聚敛效度与区别效度进行检验。结果 SHMS V1.0总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.933,各子量表、各维度的Cronbach’sα系数以及总量表、子量表的Spearman-Brown分半系数与Guttman折半系数均大于0.7;模型修正后各项指标均达适配标准(GFI=0.907,NFI=0.908,IFI=0.938,RMSEA=0.047,CMIN/DF=2.397);修正后模型标准化路径系数为0.51~0.93,介于0.50~0.95之间;各维度AVE值为0.46~0.68,除S2维度外,其他维度AVE值均大于0.5;各维度的CR值为0.73~0.87;巢型结构卡方差异检定法显示,36组配对模型Δx^2>10.827,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 SHMS V1.0具有较好的信效度,可为进一步探讨该量表应用于广东省公务员亚健康状况评价提供理论依据。Objective To examine the reliability and validity of the Sub-health Measurement Scale so as to apply to Guangdong provincial Civil Servants. Methods The sub-health status of 800 civil servants in Guangzhou, Foshan and Zhuhai was investigated by stratified random sampling. The reliability of SHMS V1.0 was verified by internal consistency reliability and split-half reliability. And the validity of SHMS V1.0 was tested by confirmatory factor analysis, convergence validity and differential validity analysis. Results The Cronbach′α of SHMS V1.0 was 0.933, and the Cronbach′α of each sub-scale and dimension, as well as the Spearman-Brown and Guttman′s half-coefficient of the total scale and sub-scale were>0.7. All the indicators after model modification met the adaptation criteria(GFI=0.907, NFI=0.908, IFI=0.938, RMSEA=0.047, CMIN/DF=2.397). The normalized path coefficients of the revised model ranged from 0.51 to 0.93, ranging from 0.50 to 0.95, and the AVE values of each dimension ranged from 0.46 to 0.68, with the AVE values of all other dimensions exceeding 0.5 except S2.The heteroscedasticity test of nested structure card showed that the 36 paired model Δχ~2 > 10.827, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion SHMS V1.0 has good reliability and validity and it provides a theoretical basis to further explore the application of this scale in the evaluation of the sub-health status of Guangdong province civil servants.
