重庆市进城务工者乙肝疫苗接种情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市进城务工者乙肝疫苗接种情况及其影响因素。方法采用目的性抽样的方法,调查重庆市主城区不同行业、18岁及以上的进城务工者1 188名。结果重庆市进城务工者乙肝疫苗接种率为51.09%,其中男性、女性疫苗接种率分别为50.21%和51.66%。随着研究对象年龄的增高,疫苗接种水平相对下降(OR=0.97,95%CI:0.95~0.98);文化程度为高中(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.07~1.89)和大专及以上者(OR=1.80,95%CI:1.21~2.67)疫苗接种水平高于初中及以下者;未婚有恋人/已婚者(OR=2.00,95%CI:1.47~2.74)乙肝疫苗接种水平高于单身者。结论重庆市进城务工者乙肝疫苗接种水平尚可。应加强对进城务工者的乙肝知识宣教和接种疫苗的动员,重点关注年龄较大、文化程度较低、单身的进城务工者。Objective To investigate the situation of hepatitis B vaccination and influence factors among farmer-workers in Chongqing. Methods Purposive sampling was used, and a total of 1188 farmer-workers aged 18 and above with diverse occupations in the city area of Chongqing were investigated. Results In Chongqing, the hepatitis B vaccination rate of farmer-workers was 51.09%, with 50.21% for males and 51.66% for females. As the age of respondents increased, the vaccination rate decreased(OR=0.97, 95%CI: 0.95~0.98). The vaccination rate of respondents having an education level of high school(OR=1.42, 95%CI: 1.07~1.89) and college or above(OR=1.80, 95%CI: 1.21~2.67) was higher than those having an education level of junior high school or below. The vaccination rate of respondents having a relationship or married(OR=2.00, 95%CI: 1.47~2.74) was higher than single ones. Conclusion The hepatitis B vaccination rate of farmer-workers in Chongqing is fair. It is necessary to strengthen the dissemination of hepatitis B knowledge and encourage farmer-worker to have hepatitis B vaccination, particularly for those who are older, lower educated and single.
