摘 要:目的了解郑州市农村地区健康人群A群、C群Nm抗体水平,指导流脑实际防控工作。方法采用分层抽样的方法,抽取郑州市中牟、荥阳、登封3个农村地区健康人群0~组、3~岁组、7~岁组、15~岁组、≥20岁组5个年龄组共450份血清样本,运用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清中A群、C群Nm抗体水平。结果农村地区A群、C群Nm抗体阳性率为60.89%、50.00%。0~岁组A群、C群Nm抗体阳性率以最低,分别为38.89%、31.11%年龄组越大,A群、C群Nm抗体阳性率越高。有接种史的健康人群A群(x^2=30.574,P<0.001;x^2=56.270,P<0.001)、C群(x^2=13.117,P<0.001;x^2=21.500,P<0.001)Nm抗体阳性率均高于无接种史和接种史不详人群。不同地区A群、C群Nm抗体水平不同(x^2=19.727,P<0.001;x^2=78.293,P<0.001)。结论郑州市农村地区是流脑防控的薄弱地区,应加强适龄儿童流脑疫苗接种工作,提高接种率。Objective To understand the antibody level of Neisseria meningitis(Nm)type of A and C in rural healthy population,so as to provide evidence for preventing and controlling the epidemic meningitis in practice.Methods A total of 450 subjects were randomly collected from age groups 0~,3~,7~,15~and≥20 years in rural areas during 2018.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the antibodies of Nm.of A and C.Data were analyzed using theχ~2 test.Results The positive rate of antibody group A and C in rural areas were 60.89%and 50.00%,respectively.The positive rate to group A and C were lowest in age group 0 years(38.89%,31.11%).The older the age,the higher the positive rate to group A and C.The level of Nm positive rate in group A(x^2=30.574,P<0.001;x^2=56.270,P<0.001)and C(x^2=13.117,P<0.001;x^2=21.500,P<0.001)with vaccination history was higher than with no vaccination history and unknown.The same was true in different district(x^2=19.727,P<0.001;x^2=78.293,P<0.001).Conclusion Rural areas are the vulnerable areas to prevent and control of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Zhengzhou.It is needed to improve the cerebral vaccine vaccination rate for protecting vulnerable people.
