摘  要:为了更好地了解棕榈藤材的性能、提高我国棕榈藤资源培育和高附加值加工利用水平,选用高地钩叶藤为研究对象,采用显微图像分析系统,对该藤2m处的节间和节部的导管分子及维管束形态特征进行统计与分析。结果显示,节间与节部大导管分子长度、直径、密度的平均值分别为3981.363和2666.883μm、198.235和202.402μm、3.611和3.784个·mm^-2;维管束径向直径、弦向直径、密度的平均值分别为523.466和534.794μm、373.624和379.823μm、3.078和3.202个·mm^-2。经F检验,仅节间与节部的导管分子长度差异极显著(P<0.05)。In order to fully understand the performance of rattan,and to improve the levels of cultivating and high value-added processing and utilization of Chinese rattan resources,the vessel and vascular bundle morphological characteristics of internode and node at the height of 2 m of Plectocomia himalayana were counted and analyzed using microscopic image analysis system.The results showed that:the average length,diameter and frequency of the vessel at the internode and node were 3981.363 and 2666.883μm,198.235 and 202.402μm,3.611 and 3.784 mm^-2,and the radial diameter,tangential diameter and frequency of vascular bundle were 523.466 and 534.794μm,373.624 and 379.823μm,3.078 and 3.202 mm^-2,respectively.The vessel length was significant different between internode and node by the F-test at the 0.05 level.
